  • How long does it take to set up a new account?
    It takes less than a day to open your account, however it can take 2-3 days for your web site to be visible on the Internet as it takes that much time for your nameservers to be propagated throughout the Internet. (details about nameservers)

  • What is the hardware configuration of your servers?

  • What software and operating system run on your servers?

  • Can I upgrade my account type in the future?
    Yes, you can easily upgrade/downgrade your account anytime. You will be charged (or refunded) the difference accordingly.

  • Are there any hidden charges?
    No there are no hidden charges. All our prices are published on this site. If you require or use any additional service (disk space or bandwidth), you can find the rates on the same page.

  • Do you provide unlimited storage or unlimited bandwidth?
    There is no such thing as unlimited storage (disk space) or unlimited bandwidth. If you know any such service, please contact us and we will be more than happy to get such an unlimited hard disk or unlimited fiber optic connection. Fact of the matter is that any hosting provider that advertises "unlimited" disk or bandwidth is deceiving you.

  • How do you charge for over usage of disk space or bandwidth?
    If you go over the limit of your disk space or bandwidth allowance, we charge for the next incremental block. For example, if your disk allowance was 50MB and you used 51MB or 59MB, then we charge you for the 10MB block above 50MB. Similarly our bandwidth charges are per GB. All these calculations are done based on monthly usage. Bandwidth is calculated on monthly basis anyway, disk space is the average use during the month. However we have never applied these over usage charges to any of our customers, because they never go out of the limit. If you feel you will be going out of limit soon, you can upgrade your account.

  • Do you provide phone support?
    No. To keep our administrative costs low and to provide highest quality of web hosting services at affordable rates we do not employ dedicated phone support staff. However, our 24/7 trouble ticketing system is linked with pagers. So you can rest assured there is someone always available to help you out.
